The 100 Florida Goldback is the largest gold note ever produced by Goldback, Inc. and contains a whopping 1/10 troy oz of 99.9% fine gold. Like the other Goldbacks in the Florida Goldback collection, the note features iconic, highly detailed artwork on the obverse.
On the 100 Florida Goldback, investors will find a stunning new take on the classic concept of Lady Liberty. She wears a long, flowing dress and pulls a large ship ashore using a chain. Behind and around her, violent waves crash into the beach. She wears Lady Liberty’s crown on her head as a lighthouse juts out into a moonlit sky in the distance.
All Goldbacks feature feminine personifications of key “virtues,” character traits considered to be classically good. The 100 Goldback focuses on Libertas, or Liberty, reinterpreting Lady Liberty’s iconic beauty within the cultural and geographical context of Florida.
