Hero Bullion is excited to accept a wide range of different payment methods. This page includes a brief overview of every payment option customers can use to buy precious metals from Hero Bullion.

Payment By Credit/ Debit Card
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for online payments. Checking out with credit/debit cards couldn’t be easier. Just add products to your card, select your payment method, and make sure that your order total is less than $20,000 USD. You can either checkout as a guest or sign in using your Hero Bullion account to expedite the checkout process. Our automated system will grab all standard information from you, including contact information, full name, and your shipping address. We usually manually approve credit/debit payments within 24 hours. Within 1-3 days, we’ll ship your order and send you an email when the order ships. Like with all payment methods, you can track your order here once it has shipped.

Crypto Via BitPay – Buy Gold With Bitcoin
Hero Bullion now allows customers to buy precious metals with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. We currently have an order maximum of $20,000 for crypto payments and offer a 2% discount. Hero Bullion uses BitPay to process cryptocurrency payments. To checkout using cryptocurrency, add items to your cart and make sure you haven’t surpassed our $20,000 limit for crypto payments. Choose the “Crypto via BitPay” payment option and follow the on-screen instructions. We ship orders once cryptocurrency payments are confirmed, which can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours. Once we’ve received payment, we’ll ship your order within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive email notifications once payment is confirmed and when we ship your product. After your order is shipped, you can track it here.

Payment By Check, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order
Paper checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks are accepted as payments on our website. All three payment methods should be postmarked within 24 hours of your order and mailed to the following address:

Personal checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks are subject to a holding period, which can range from 5-10 days. We will make every effort to ship your order as soon as the holding period expires and we confirm receipt of funds. Checks and cashier’s checks have a minimum of $500 and a maximum of $50,000. Money orders come with an order minimum of $500 and a maximum of $10,000. To expedite the payment confirmation process, please include your order number in the ‘memo’ section of your check payment.
We’ll update you via email when we receive payment and begin processing your order for
shipment. As always, our goal is to get you your bullion as quickly as possible.

Paying Using eCheck (Via Plaid)
We currently accept eCheck payments of up to $10,000. Hero Bullion uses Plaid to process our eCheck payments. Plaid is a secure payment processing platform. To checkout using eCheck, choose the “eCheck (ACH)” option and follow the on-screen instructions. Once you link an account to Plaid, you’ll be able to use this same account next time you buy without reentering your banking information. Paying Using Bank Wire
Customers can pay using bank wire for orders totalling $2,000 or more. There is no maximum amount for bank wire payments. To pay for gold and silver using bank wire, choose “bank wire” as your payment method during checkout. We’ll send you an email with all the information required to finalize your bank wire payment. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll try to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Once you receive an email telling you that your order has shipped, you can track it on our order tracking page.
