There have been many different designs for the Swiss franc but one of the most popular designs was the Helvetia design also known as the Vreneli range. Though a variation of this design with a crowned Helvetia appeared in the late 1880’s this design with an uncrowned Helvetia appeared in 1897 and ran until 1935. The 10 Franc version only ran from 1911-1922. This coin offered here can be from any of these years.
