This bracelet is one troy ounce of 999.9 fine, 24 karat gold, hand-crafted into an open bangle by Dillon Gage Metals Division and packaged in a CertiCard. It is sold by weight, as bullion, rather than priced as jewelry. You can wear it, give it, or leave it in its card with the rest of your gold.
Smooth, Not Hammered
Dillon Gage makes this bracelet in two finishes, and this is the smooth one: a clean, even band with no texture worked into it. The bangle is an open oval with a small gap between the ends, each finished with a rounded tip. Stamped on the inside near one end is DG 9999, Dillon Gage’s mark and the gold’s purity, where it sits against the wrist and out of sight when worn.
The CertiCard
The bracelet ships in a CertiCard security case by Certiline. The front shows the Dillon Gage logo with the bracelet framed in a clear window and 24KT GOLD at the base. On the back, an individual certificate number sits beside a QR code you can scan with the CertiEye app to authenticate the piece with Dillon Gage. A panel below reads Au 999.9, 1 TROY OUNCE, FINE GOLD, with boxes marking the finish as polished or hammered.
Pure Gold Is Soft
Most gold jewelry is 14 or 18 karat, alloyed with other metals to make it harder. This bracelet has no alloy at all, so it bends and scratches far more easily than a typical bangle. The open design lets it flex a little for fitting, but repeated bending will mark it, and daily knocks will show. Treat it as gold to wear on occasion, not a bangle for every day. Once you take it out of the card, the bracelet and its certificate no longer travel together, so keep the card if you may sell it later.

Yes. It is 999.9 fine gold, which is 24 karat, with no alloy added. The card reads Au 999.9 and the bracelet is stamped 9999 on the inside.
What does the DG 9999 stamp mean?
DG is Dillon Gage, the maker, and 9999 is the purity, 99.99% gold. It is stamped on the inside of the band near one end.
How do I check the certificate?
Scan the QR code on the back of the CertiCard with the CertiEye app to authenticate the piece with Dillon Gage, and check that the certificate number on the card matches.
Can I wear it every day?
You can, but pure gold is soft, so it will scratch and can bend with daily wear. It holds up best worn on occasion and stored in its card.
What is the difference between the smooth and hammered bracelets?
The finish. The smooth bracelet has a clean, even surface, and the hammered one is textured to look like old hand-worked jewelry. Both are one troy ounce of 999.9 fine gold from Dillon Gage.
