The obverse presents a full-figure goddess rendered in deep, saturated blues across the entire oval field. She faces forward in a direct, composed gaze, her vivid blue hair flowing outward in sweeping waves that merge with water splashes filling the background. A silver crown with pointed tines and blue gemstone accents sits at her brow, and a circular halo of light frames her head with water droplets suspended around its edge. Her gown combines silver filigree bodice work with a deep royal blue skirt, and she holds a large faceted blue gemstone forward in both hands — the centerpiece of the composition.
