Gold, silver, and platinum coins generally dominate the bullion market, and it isn’t hard to understand why. These metals are extremely valuable, and the intricacy of designs etched into popular coins are equal parts memorable and collectable.
The Elemental 1 Pound Titanium Round allows investors to expand their collections with a unique piece. Rather than silver, gold, or platinum, the Elemental 1 Pound Titanium Round is created using .999 fine titanium.
This titanium piece certainly doesn’t offer the shine of a silver or gold round, but it’s unique texture and almost scientific design strategy makes it a revolutionary and unique addition to any collection.
The Elemental 1 Pound Titanium Round is crafted with science in mind. Its obverse side includes the symbol for titanium on the periodic table of elements. A thin square outline encases the letters “Ti,” as well as the periodic number and atomic mass of the element.
To be frank, we haven’t encountered many examples of coins or rounds struck with titanium. This round comes to us from the Czar Metals LLC, a popular minter of these “elemental rounds.” This massive round is almost three inches in diameter, making it one of the largest bullion products Hero Bullion offers.
Key Features:
- .999 pure titanium, 1 pound.
- New condition.
- 22 mm thickness, diameter of 77 mm.
- Obverse Depiction: The periodic symbol for titanium, complete with the number and atomic mass.
- Reverse Depiction: USA Shield and the weight of the round.
This unique titanium round is exceptionally popular among collectors all over the world. There are several reasons why a bullion collector might be interested in buying titanium bullion. To start, titanium rounds have a unique, almost matte texture to them. This texture is especially interesting to hold; and the 1 pound weight of this piece means that there’s quite a bit to grab ahold of. The round is also fitted with grooved or ridged edges, which adds to its fantastic holdable texture. On the obverse, this elemental titanium round lives up to its name.
Fans of chemistry should understand the natural beauty of the elemental periodic table. The periodic table is one of the most unprecedented works of scientific achievement in the past century; it’s been used for decades to help chemists learn and use the core periodic elements that make up our material world. The obverse of this round depicts the periodic table symbol for titanium “Ti,” as well as the relevant scientific information of titanium.
While the reverse of the round doesn’t revel in scientific beauty, it provides its own visual appeal. A shield featuring an inscription of “USA” and the stripes of the United States flag is centered. Eight stars surround the shield, four on each side. The weight of the round, as well as the material and purity (.999) are inscribed as well.
If you’re ready to add a unique bullion piece from an underrepresented mint material to your collection, Hero Bullion is excited to offer you this Elemental 1 Pound Titanium Round.

Hefty! This appears to be machined, so the edges can be rough. Be careful with how you handle this titanium round, scratching your desk or table can easily happen. Super cool to have a chunk of titanium, though.
