The obverse features Charles E. Barber’s Liberty design, depicting a right-facing profile adorned with a Phrygian cap, a classical symbol of freedom, accented by a laurel wreath. Above Liberty is the national motto “IN GOD WE TRUST,” while 13 stars flank the portrait, representing the original American colonies. The date, positioned below, connects each coin to a specific year within its historic mintage span.
On the reverse, a bold heraldic eagle spreads its wings, clutching arrows and an olive branch—a timeless representation of strength and peace. The eagle is framed by “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,” with additional stars reinforcing national unity. Despite circulation wear, the overall design remains identifiable, preserving its historical character.
These coins are graded Almost Good to Good, meaning they exhibit heavy wear from decades of use. In Almost Good condition, outlines remain visible though rims and lettering may be partially worn. In Good condition, the design is still defined but with limited detail. This level of wear adds authenticity, as each coin reflects real economic circulation from over a century ago.
Each lot contains four Barber quarters, totaling $1 face value and approximately 0.712 troy ounces of silver. Minted by the United States Mint, these coins remain backed by their original denomination while also carrying intrinsic bullion value. They are typically delivered in simple protective packaging suitable for storage or stacking.
Combining historic U.S. coinage, 90% silver content, and accessible fractional weight, Barber quarters remain a trusted and collectible form of silver ownership. Whether you’re expanding your stack or adding character-rich coins to your collection, this lot delivers both value and legacy. Secure yours today and own a piece of early American history.

“heavy circulation” is honest. The circulated Barber dimes were better condition than these. These are Pretty slick with partial dates and partial rim lettering. All except one 1892 Philly with full date/lettering, with rim and reeds! Very cool even black tarnish fields! Nice surprise.
