2023 Morgan & Peace Silver Dollar Set NGC MS70

It isn’t difficult to understand why the Morgan and Peace Silver Dollars have become so popular among global coin collectors. Each coin features a beautiful artistic rendering of Lady Liberty, and the reverses pay homage to the bald eagle, national bird of the United States. Even in the original series, which ceased in the early 1900s, these coins boasted exceptional intricacy on both the reverse and obverse. 

 

In 2023, the U.S. Mint has finally decided to release modern versions of these two coins to celebrate their history and legacy. Investors anticipated the official unveiling in 2021, but plans were scrapped for two years. Today, we’re excited to bring the 2023 Morgan and Peace Silver Dollar Set NGC MS70 to our customers. 

 

The set is struck using .999 pure silver, an improvement on the .90 fineness offered by the original coins they’re based on. Each coin comes with the official NGC “red book” label to certify its authenticity and condition – MS70.

MS70 is the highest possible Sheldon scale grade that can be given to a coin. Each coin in the 2023 Morgan and Peace Silver Dollar Set is certified at MS70 and comes with the official certification documents provided by the United States Mint.
