Mintage of Just 2,000 Pieces!

In the stock market world, bulls and bears are symbols of the ups and downs of the stock market. When the market runs wild like a running bull, they call it a bull market. When the market starts pulling back similar to a bear as it goes into hibernation they refer to it as a bear market.  The 2021 Solomon Islands Silver Bull and Bear 2 Coin Set depicts these two icons in a stunning, clever way.

Key features:

  • Two separable 1 oz coins that combine into one
  • Each coin has an individual serial number
  • Very limited mint run of only 2000 sets worldwide
  • Previously sold out at the mint
  • Made of 2 Troy oz of .9999 pure silver in total.
  • Face values of 2 Dollars (total of both coins) backed by the Solomon Islands.
  • Obverse side has the image of Queen Elizabeth
  • The reverse side has the image of  a bull and a bear

The stock market is a constant battle between the bulls and the bears. Investors would love the market to run free and wild as a bull so profits soar. Pressures on the market hold it back like a slow moving, yet powerful bear might force a bull to retreat. This two coin set depicts this ongoing struggle.

This set of coins are designed to interlock with each other. Each coin is a separate coin that is a one dollar complete coin.

The obverse side of both coins has an image of Queen Elizabeth as designed by Ian Rank-Broadley. Here she is shown wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. The backgrounds of each coin are different. The bull coin has the stock market charts going up and down. On the bear coin are tallies of percentage of the markets gains or losses. On both coins are “1 oz” or “1 ounce”, “2021” and “999.9 AG”. Both coins have a matching serial number that is unique to the set. This number is out of 2000.

On the reverse side of the coins are either a bear or a bull. The bull and bear coins are cut in the shape of the respective animal. The coins are designed to lock together and when locked together make it look like the two are battling each other.
