Divisibility is the practical argument for silver in a barter scenario, and most rounds ignore it entirely. This one is built around it. The Western Warrior breaks cleanly into two half-ounce pieces along a scored center channel, each half independently stamped with its own weight and purity. Together they make one troy ounce of .999 fine silver, and the design uses the split as the point: a cowboy on one side of the divide, a Native American chief on the other.

Key Features:

  • Purity and Weight: 1 troy ounce of .999 fine silver, splitting into two 1/2 oz halves
  • Metal: Silver, struck as a scored divisible round
  • Obverse: Paired portraits of a cowboy and a Native American chief, split down the center
  • Reverse: A revolver and a tomahawk, each above 1/2 OZT 999 FINE SILVER

The obverse sets the two figures face to face across the dividing line. On the left, a cowboy in a wide-brimmed hat looks forward with a heavy mustache and a neckerchief knotted at the throat, a cartridge belt visible at the lower edge. On the right, a Native American chief wears a full feathered war bonnet, its plumes struck with individual barbs, with a beaded choker, layered necklaces, and a large circular rosette at the temple. Both faces are cut with real depth in the brow and cheekbones, and the raised channel between them runs the full height of the round.

The reverse gives each half its own emblem and its own declaration. A single-action revolver occupies the left half, its cylinder, hammer, trigger guard, and grip all separately defined. A tomahawk stands on the right, wrapped haft and feather dangling from the handle beneath a broad steel head. 1/2 OZT 999 FINE SILVER wraps the outer edge of each half independently, so the stamp survives the split.

Rounds ship new in a protective flip or capsule. Both halves stay joined until deliberately separated by hand.
