The obverse carries Lady Fortuna, the Roman goddess of fortune, in sculpted profile with a sheaf of wheat crowning her head and coins spilling from her hands, wings folded around the composition. The reverse states the essentials in stamped capitals: SUISSE, weight, and fineness, alongside PAMP’s assayer hallmark and a serial number unique to that bar. Does opening the assay card change anything about the bar?
Not the gold inside, but it changes how quickly a future buyer can confirm it without a scan. An intact card lets a dealer transact on the serial match alone. Opening the card trades that instant check for one that needs a Veriscan scan instead.
