What is your return policy?
Every pack is guaranteed to arrive safely and exactly as described. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you. Because bullion is priced live to the silver market, any other return must be authorized within 3 business days of delivery and is subject to our market loss policy: if the spot price has fallen since your order, you are responsible for the difference, along with a restocking fee.
