The obverse side of the coin has Jody Clark’s depiction of Queen Elizabeth II seen here at age 89. She is dressed in her diadem crown and royal jewels facing to the right. Clark’s design is so detailed you can see the lines on her face. Above her is ‘ELIZABETH II’ and ‘AUSTRALIA’. Below her image is ‘15 DOLLARS’.  On the queen’s right collar are ‘JC’ for ‘Jody Clark’. 

 

On the reverse is an adult kangaroo and a joey hopping across the grassy plane. In the background are some hills. Above the kangaroos is ‘2022 1/10 OZ 9999 GOLD’. A stylized ‘Kangaroo’ is at the top right of the coin. At the right is the Perth Mint ‘P’.
