It makes sense that during the zombie apocalypse, the nation’s currency would reflect what is going on all around us. At the same time, coin makers love classic coin styles like the Morgan Silver Dollar. Perhaps the coin would look something like the Morge Anne 1 oz Copper Round. This round looks fabulous in 1 AVDP oz of .999 fine copper.
Key features:
- 1 AVDP oz .999 fine copper
- Obverse side has a zombie version of Morgan Silver Dollar-Morgue Ann
- Reverse side features a blood spattered biohazard symbol.
The Morgan Silver dollar was introduced in 1848 after a short period where the US Mint wasn’t making silver dollars. Though it has Lady Liberty on it, it was nicknamed the Morgan Silver Dollar after the designer, George T. Morgan.
On the obverse of this round, the reality of the zombie apocalypse has taken its toll on Lady Liberty as she is now a rotting zombie. She is apparently now known as Morgue Ann. Replacing ‘LIBERTY’ at the top of the round is ‘Morgue Ann’. To the right of the image is 2 and the zombucks symbol. At the bottom is ‘2017’. Around the edge of the round are 13 stars presumably for the 13 original colonies but maybe these are for the 13 states that aren’t overrun by zombies.
On the reverse is a blood spattered biohazard, a somber reminder of the virus or pathogen that will have caused the zombie apocalypse or the fact that a zombie bite can pass on zombieism. Inscribed above the image is ‘ZOMBUCKS’, CURRENCY OF THE APOCALYPSE’. Below is ‘1 oz .999 FINE COPPER’.
Zombucks may well be the only currency accepted by merchants in the zombie apocalypse. Is it worth taking a chance? Don’t get caught unprepared for the zombie apocalypse. Now is the time to prepare. Get yours today and be ready.
